From the agent: This is a short sale--I originally had an offer in on this property for some clients but they backed out of it--taking too long for the lender to respond. Looks like there's another offer in on it but subsequent offers are being offered, and the lender should already be involved. I wouldn't wait too long to act on this one. There was a similar home sold in this same subdivision back in May for $228K. This subdivision is only 2 years old, gated community, pueblo-style construction, very nice.
